Teriyaki Chicken and Jasmine Rice Topped with Bell Peppers

Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple, Jasmine Rice, Sauted Stop Light Peppers and Green Beans=FAMILY SATISFACTION! This just got added to the rotation of family meals each month, at least until the weather changes. We all LOVED it!
Needed- Someone knowledgeable about grilling, (AKA-Joey)
Some one knowledgeable about marinades (AKA-Brooke) I used Lawry's Terkiyaki sauce and pineapple juice (I don't have exact measurements because I was making it up as I went). The chicken marinaded about 2 hours and then we put them on the grill. We placed the pineapples on the grill to the side of the chicken while it cooked. Dee-lish! Meanwhile, I cooked up a pot of jasmine rice (our favorite flavorful rice) and a pot of green beans seasoned with a tablespoon of olive oit and salt and pepper. The peppers i sliced up and sauted in a lowfat butter.
TADA! Very easy dish and quite the crowd pleaser!
